Welcome to Westwood Village at Charter Colony!

Westwood Village is a friendly and active condominium community in Midlothian, VA.  Its location is within convenient distance to recreational parks, public libraries, and shopping.

The community is growing and consists of four story buildings with elevators.  Each unit/condo is all contained on one level (no steps).  Our residents enjoy all of the Charter Colony amenities including two pools, tennis courts, three clubhouses, and a park.  Beyond the extensive amenities, our residents have the opportunity to mix and mingle with one another throughout the year at community events and activities planned by our Social Committee.  We look forward to meeting you at our next event!
